Our Dough is made from high quality Caputo 0-0 Italian Flour mixed with filtered water and fresh yeast and cooked straight on our state-of-the-art oven giving you a mouth-watering authentic Italian Neapolitan style pizza.

Our Secret Sauce

Our Tomatoes in our secret sauce are produced in Parma, in the heart of what is known in the world as Food Valley, a territory with a long tradition and vocation for food and agriculture.

The tomatoes are processed within 12 hours of harvesting in the field.
Only after an accurate evaluation of the quality of the harvest, if the parameters fall within the strict quality standards, can the tomato enter the production processes.

Our Mozzarella Cheese

Our Mozzarella received a Traditional Specialities Guaranteed (TEG) certification from the European Union in 1998. This protection scheme requires that mozzarella sold in the European Union is produced according to a traditional recipe.

Our Mozzarella is traditionally produced solely from the milk of Italian Mediterranean Cows.

Our cheese-maker kneads the cheese with his hands, like a baker making bread, until he obtains a smooth, shiny paste, a strand of which he pulls out and lops off, forming the individual mozzarella.

Once it is cooked it becomes a stingy mellow of wonderfulness which complement our dough and sauce. Its Dough, Sauce and Cheese working together in perfect harmony.
